ARTICLE 1 - VALIDITY AND ORGANISATION OF THE GAME
From 01/11/2021 to 30/11/2021 (included), DSTV propose a free speed contest game, according to the terms and conditions described in these rules (hereinafter referred to as the “game”).
ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The game is open to any major physical person residing in the following countries: Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria and Kenya (hereinafter the “Participant”).
The Participant is allowed to participate to the game for one country only.
As a subscriber of the DSTv French Add-On or in case of a first subscription to the DSTv French Add-On during the duration of the game, the participation will be considered as two participations in the game.
Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance, without reservation, of these rules by the participants.
ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
To participate to the game, the steps to follow are as follows:
- click on the link,
- fill in the form that appears,
- enter your name, first name and email address, and
- validate your registration.
The participant must fill out the information form completely and correctly for the registration to be validated. Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the participation invalid.
ARTICLE 4 - PRIZE
The prize is a PSG jersey of Messi.
ARTICLE 5 - SELECTION OF WINNERS
The 200th person from each country to complete the form will win the game. There will be one winner per country.
ARTICLE 6 - ANNOUCEMENT OF WINNERS
Each winner will be contacted directly by e-mail or telephone within 15 days after the end of game in order to organize the delivery of the prize. The prize will be given to the winner in the country corresponding to the completed form.
ARTICLE 7 - USE OF PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL DATA
The privacy policy regarding the Participant data is available on the following link: Privacy Policy . The personal data and information of the Participants will be recorded and used to record their participation in the game and to enable the prize to be awarded. The Participants data may also be use for commercial prospecting purpose. Participants may object to their personal data being processed in the context of this game. They also have the right to object to their personal data being used for commercial prospecting purposes, outside of participation in this game, which they may exercise by sending an e-mail to the following address [insert email address]. In the absence of opposition, the winner(s) authorize the use, for commercial prospecting purpose, their contact information (last name, first name), without this giving them any remuneration, right or advantage whatsoever, other than the awarding of their prize.
ARTICLE 8 - Claims – Litigation
These rules are governed by the law of the participant's country. We reserve the right to decide without appeal any difficulty that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, it being understood that no dispute will be admitted, in particular on the terms of the game, the results, the winnings or their receipt, one month after the end of the game. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the game systems has evidentiary force in any dispute as to the connection elements and the computer processing of said information relating to the game. Any claim must be sent within one month of the end date of the game to the following address teresa.wanyonyi@ke.multichoice.com. After this date, no claim will be accepted.
ARTICLE 9 - Responsibility
Our responsibility cannot be engaged in case of:
- force majeure;
- a fortuitous event beyond our control; and
- delay, loss, or theft of the prize after it has been picked up by the delivery service.
Any cost necessary to collect or take possession of the prize remains the responsibility of the winner without the winner being able to claim any compensation from us.
